Clock Tower Glitch

Today I found out that there was something wrong with the Clock Tower on Club Penguin

First it started to just say random numbers and then I clicked the Clock Tower notice and here's what it say: Out of order
Please fix it Club Penguin or maybe it's a sign that Herbert is trying to steal our Clock Tower Parts again!
